Fierce Mama Fitness provides fun group workouts for motivated moms in Knoxville, TN. Workouts are adaptable for all fitness levels, pelvic-floor friendly (no leaks, ladies!) and designed to make you fitter, stronger, and better able to handle all of the demands of being a mom.

We are thrilled to announce TWO sessions this fall of Core Fundamentals: a 6-week class for a stronger core and pelvic floor. The first session starts on Thursday, September 1! We also have a fantastic new location that will be a lot more convenient for many of you. Class is limited to 8 moms per session, so register early to save your spot!

All classes keep the specific needs of expectant, new, and experienced moms in mind. Our workouts are safe and effective for those dealing with stress incontinence, diastasis recti, low back pain, and other pelvic floor dysfunctions. There are no crunches here! We focus on proper alignment and mindful movement not just during the workouts, but also in our everyday lives, to help decrease intra-abdominal pressure and build a strong, stable core.
