Registration is now open for the first Core Fundamentals class of 2017! Join us to learn everything you need to know about returning to exercise after pregnancy, whether your baby is four weeks, four months, or four years old! Winter session starts on Tuesday, January 24. Class is limited to 8 moms per session, so register early to save your spot!

All classes keep the specific needs of expectant, new, and experienced moms in mind. Our workouts are safe and effective for those dealing with stress incontinence, diastasis recti, low back pain, and other pelvic floor dysfunctions. There are no crunches here! We focus on proper alignment and mindful movement not just during the workouts, but also in our everyday lives, to help decrease intra-abdominal pressure and build a strong, stable core.
