Our Mission

If you're a mom, chances are you're fueled by coffee and the crusts of your toddler's grilled cheese. Will a 1,000 calorie-burning workout designed to smash you into the ground help with those energy levels? Probably not in the long run. Our mission is to give moms sustainable fitness that supports your life. Most of us aren't able to maintain 5-6 days a week in the gym. But 2-3 days a week? THAT we can do.
