This workshop is for moms who:
- Feel like their core just hasn't been the same since having a baby (even if their little one is no longer quite so little!)
- Look pregnant when they're not.
- Feel like their middle is "falling out" when doing exercises like planks, or bulging out when doing crunches or situps.
- Want to strengthen their abs and narrow their separation.
You'll leave with a 4-week diastasis-friendly exercise plan that you can do at home!

What to wear:
Comfortable clothes that you can move in. We won't be running or jumping but will be going through a number of different exercises as a group.
