Before signing up for personal training or group classes, all moms meet with me one-on-one for a free FITSTART session. This is when we talk about everything from your goals and your fitness background to your birth experience, if applicable, so we can start making a plan to get you where you want to go.
I won't make you run a mile, do a sit-up test, or anything else you remember from your nightmares of high school gym class. I'll walk you through a quick diastasis recti (ab separation) test and teach you some foundational movements that make an appearance in every workout program, whether you're here for a group class or personal training.
We'll go through how our classes work, explain the different programs, and give you a chance to ask any and all questions you might have.
If after your FITSTART session you think Fierce Mama Fitness would be a good fit for you (and I hope you do!) you'll be ready to jump right in!
